Upon completing the rotation, you will transition to a landing position tailored to your preferences and business needs. Embark on an exciting journey with Puratos, gaining invaluable experience across Finance, Business Development (Sales/Marketing), Operations and Engineering, Human Resources, and R&D, all while developing a broad skill set and finding your passion in a dynamic and supportive environment. Members of the Rise@Puratos program will rotate through multiple assignments, gaining valuable skills and insights and includes unique experiences like training and development opportunities, industry-specific networking events, strategic cross-functional projects, community engagement activities, and more! This professional development program is designed to equip you with the skills needed to thrive in your future roles at Puratos! As a member of the Research & Development Rise@Puratos team, you will build expertise in bakery mixes, develop new products, renovate formulas, support operations, while implementing and upholding 5S in the lab. You will gain valuable skills in formulation, problem-solving, communication, and project management while developing products for industrial equipment and managing the Innovation Center. This role builds expertise in Puratos products while offering opportunities to visit customers, review competitor solutions, and support operations. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, testing new products, and writing detailed reports, which will enhance your knowledge of finished goods, Puratos ingredients, and presentation skills.
