About The Position

Each year Equilar hires a class of talented, analytical, and motivated individuals to join our team and embark on their careers at Equilar. We are now recruiting for entry-level hires to start full-time on August 4, 2025. To be eligible, you must have completed a college degree, maintained a solid track record of success, and be driven to start your professional career. You join Equilar as an Analyst on our Research team, but as a part of our Research Rotation Program, you have the opportunity to participate in one of our career development paths in other departments at the company after your first year. This hybrid position in Redwood City, CA requires employees to be in the office three to four days a week.

Requirements

• Completed a college degree.
• Passionate about data, numbers, and information.
• Experience with Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Career-minded and willing to go the extra mile.
• Open to coaching and feedback.

Nice To Haves

• Prior exposure to SEC filings.

Responsibilities

• Build a foundation of knowledge in executive compensation and corporate governance.
• Develop technical skills such as Excel and SQL.
• Enhance professional skills such as communication and career management.
• Collect executive compensation and corporate governance data by interpreting SEC filings.
• Work on content reports and blogs related to executive compensation and governance.
• Stay on top of current trends in the industry.
