About The Position
Marshall University is seeking a Research Analyst/Grant Writer to support the transformative Marshall for All project-a bold initiative providing students with a debt-free pathway to bachelor's degrees and career readiness. This position will play a pivotal role in evaluating the program's impact, analyzing student success metrics, and securing additional funding to ensure long-term sustainability. The role is fully grant-funded for the first four years, with a gradual decrease in grant support in subsequent years. As the funding reduces, it will be the responsibility of the successful candidate to acquire additional external funds to sustain the position, ensuring its continuation beyond the seven-year grant period.
