Our team is committed to working with the intern so that they go all the way from researching a topic to delivering a client-ready product that can be listed as an accomplishment. She ultimately designed and delivered the full concept and wireframe for the platform. The Platform was just launched BCBS System wide. Finally, we are also committed to our intern's growth and development. We will make introductions around the Association and invest in their learning both soft and hard skills. The intern will also be encouraged to share their skills and ideas- this team is a big believer in the innovation that comes from different generations contributing their skills and vision.
