About The Position

The Research Analyst - Global Equity, is responsible for investment manager due diligence, client education and support as well as the analysis of designated markets. You will also assist in the selection, evaluation, and ongoing monitoring of external investment managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or similar field.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the investment industry.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Takes initiative with strong analytical skills and a passion for investments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Highest level of integrity, trustworthiness, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Source, research, and monitor public equity investment managers.
• Draft research reports on recommended managers.
• Provide quarterly reviews on covered managers.
• Draft memos when managers experience significant organizational, personnel, and portfolio changes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of education and communication materials.
• Provide input to the sector team and IPC with respect to the various sector categories' valuations and portfolio positioning.
• Attend investment manager meetings and weekly research meetings.
