About the position

As a Research Analyst at Ipsos, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's most recognized brands, helping to solve their biggest challenges. This role is integral to the exciting work we do, allowing you to manage survey research projects, design questionnaires, and analyze survey results while collaborating with colleagues across various operational components.

Responsibilities

• Manage survey research projects within timeline and budgets.
• Work closely with Operations groups to oversee all operational components of projects.
• Design questionnaires and plan analyses.
• Perform quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy.
• Manage overall project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and signed off at various stages of project execution.
• Analyze and interpret survey results; prepare reports and presentations.
• Develop an understanding of clients' business issues and the industries in which they operate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in analytical or insights-focused fields such as economics, marketing, psychology, sociology, statistics, or similar business or liberal arts programs.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical aptitude and inquisitive nature with a passion for uncovering insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint), including the ability to use macros to increase efficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with survey applications (e.g., Qualtrics, Google Consumer Surveys).
• Background and/or familiarity with quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies.
• Experience with questionnaire design, sampling approaches, and tabulation planning.
