About The Position
The Research Activities Supervisor at the Missouri Institute for Defense & Energy (MIDE) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing laboratory resources. This role supports MIDE's research and development efforts across various scientific domains, including high voltage electronics, RF, bio, materials science, and uncrewed aerial systems. The supervisor will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to maintain an organized and efficient laboratory environment as MIDE grows towards its goal of $20M per year in funding.
