About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Requirements Lead to join our team! In this role you will get to work side by side with Government PM as a SETA.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance required
Communication: Capacity to translate complex technical subjects into clear terms for non-technical leadership
Ability to analyze and validate requirements, including requirements writing and acquisition-related tasks.
Proficiency in validating white paper requirements and conducting financial analysis related to requirements.
Strong understanding of Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Statements of Work (SOW).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to thrive in an intense yet rewarding work culture.
Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently while taking direction as needed.
Creative thinker with a strong sense of ingenuity.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Engineering background or some level of technical background.

Responsibilities

Provide requirements management to analyze, track and clarify requirements.
Assist in the development, maintain, and participate in requirements processes.
Track and maintain traceability of technical information across the entire lifecycle.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, validate, and document requirements.
Assist in business cases and feasibility studies to justify investment initiatives. These analyses shall include business requirements, analysis of alternatives, functional analysis, technical solutions, risk analysis, and economic analysis including a rough order of magnitude and costs for comparing various options.
Identify and resolve complex Acquisition related issues with creativity and resourcefulness.
Integrate into USCC requirements management processes, including designation, analysis, validation, and alignment with project objectives.
Conduct thorough reviews of white papers and acquisition documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.
Actively participate in Quarterly Program Increment (PI) events and contract In-Progress Reviews (IPRs) to drive collaboration and project success.
Offer expert guidance on requirements and provide technical evaluations of vendor proposals.
