As an IT business analyst, you’ll develop leading-edge applications and systems. Partnering with your team of architects, developers, testers, DevOps engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML engineers you’ll identify clients’ mission needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Requirements

• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and management for the client
• Experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and translate them for technical teams
• Experience using task management software, such as Jira
• Experience in Software Development, DevOps, AI/ML, or an IT field
• Experience with troubleshooting and documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience creating Jira dashboards, roadmaps, and dependency maps
• Experience with AWS, OCI, or Azure
• Experience working on a large team
• Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Scrum Master or Agile Certification
