About The Position

As a Requirements Engineer and IT Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with an Agile team to develop digital products that support clients' missions. Your role will involve developing leading-edge applications, providing Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development, identifying business needs, conducting requirements analysis, gathering user and system requirements, and developing user stories. You will collaborate with architects, developers, testers, business analysts, and DevSecOps engineers to deliver high business value products to users and clients.

Requirements

• Experience with Agile concepts and processes.
• Experience with requirements elicitation and traceability.
• Experience creating CONOPS and other systems engineering documentation.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence applications.
• Ability to work with various teams.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in airworthiness requirements and testing.
• Knowledge of systems engineering tools such as Cameo.
• Cybersecurity Certifications such as Security+.
