About The Position

Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is currently seeking a highly motivated Requirements Analyst / Systems Specialist to support a United States Marine Corps (USMC) effort within Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in Charleston, South Carolina. Requirements

• Two (2) years of experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems or programs to include: requirements development and documentation technical specifications development technical process and systems analysis database management reporting bi-directional traceability test and evaluation criteria development analytical/logical thinking research, identification, and recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion Concept of Operations and Concept of Employment development
• One (1) year of experience supporting requirements’ development and management for Marine Corps Command and Control Systems (MC2S) or similar USMC / Navy software or hardware systems
• Experience in technical specifications development, process analysis and design, technical problem solving, and analytical/logical thinking
• Experience related to military simulation, operations, logistics, and maintenance that assisted in formulating, articulating, and prioritizing requirements
• Experience providing analytical and technical support to projects involving tactical/operational documentation, military systems design, scenario development and/or other efforts requiring military operations expertise
• Additional / concurrent experience to include: Subject matter expertise on DoD systems and initiatives regarding defects, change requests, fleet communications, and cybersecurity findings Experience working on and/or supporting one or more of the following programs of record: Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC),WinTAK(Windows Team Awareness Kit), Agile Client/Server, Army Data Dissemination Service (DDS), Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Global Command and Control System – Tactical Combat Operations (GCCS-TCO), Tactical COP Server (TCS), Joint Tactical Common Operation Picture (COP) Workstation (JTCW), Tactical Service Oriented Architecture (TSOA), Common Hosting Environment (CHE), Application Programming Interface (API) and Integrated Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) System Framework (ICSF)
• Experience working within an Agile / SAFe environment
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Network Security, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university desired
• Completed or working towards completing a certification that meets the requirements for IAT level 2 (i.e., Security + CISSP)
• Technical training in systems engineering or requirements development
• Experience using the following platforms, software, applications, etc.: VMware ESX/ESXi, VMware vCenter, VMware vSphere Hyper-V PowerShell MS Windows (All Versions), Windows Server, RedHat Linux Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC)  Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange
• Highly proficient using project management software and requirements management tools (e.g., Atlassian tools, IBM Rational Tools, JIRA, etc.)
• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Intelink, Naval LIFT, Fusion, or similar products
• Proven experience working successfully across geographically diverse cross-functional teams
• High-level attention to detail and the ability to track multiple projects, tasks, schedules, and competing priorities
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving abilities, with proven experience designing and implementing solutions to complex problems
• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
• Proven leadership ability as well as strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Process-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills
• Capable of adapting to fluid situations and prioritizing tasking in a dynamic environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office365products
• U.S. Citizen
• Have or be eligible for a SECRET clearance

Nice To Haves

• Relevant skills and training in USMC requirements, capabilities, warfighting doctrine and functions, and combat operations are desired
• Relevant experience in telecommunications, data processing, or information technology is desired

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis, independent verifications and validations, and traceability analysis to ensure requirements are accurate, traceable, and consistent with external guidance.
• Coordinate with current and future Tactical Data Systems (TDSs), software platforms and other entities and stakeholders required for data exchange, publish, and subscribe capabilities, data fusion, data correlation, data aggregation and interface management of current and future systems and initiatives. Provide support to all lab operations and environments with network setup, configuration, and maintenance, as well as hardware and software installation and configuration
• Facilitate positive team dynamics to help maximize team performance. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.
