Our ideal candidate thrives on challenges and collaboration and has a knack for process improvement where digging into the details is essential.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a technical field is required.
• Familiarity with basic project management methodology and ability to utilize project management skills when needed including negotiating and influencing to solve problems and support conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated process flow understanding and ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Commitment to following policies and procedures and maintaining confidentiality.
• Daktronics product knowledge and experience in engineering process, project manager and information technologies are a strong plus.
• Demonstrated process flow understanding and experience in root cause analysis, along with lean problem-solving tools.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements development sessions to gather, build consensus, and document business and product requirements.
• Interface with all levels of our organization to communicate status, negotiate outcomes, escalate problems, frame opportunities, and guide decision making.
• Develop implementation estimates and timelines for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, and deployment in multiple tools and systems.
• Deeply understand the capabilities, processes, needs, user feedback, and be able to work with various teams to capture, analyze, and document a prioritized set of user-centric functional and technical requirements.
• Develop an ongoing and sustainable relationship with business users.
• Assist with testing and documentation of quote and order systems and tools.
• Identify strategies that will make our processes more effective. Find similarities across the company that can be standardized and automated. Drive process improvements in all our systems and processes.
• Complete product launch activities for product and service release.
• Provide daily support and consultation as needed for internal customers.
• Actively engage in tier meetings and work closely with other BA roles to assist with leveraging knowledge.
