Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, or more advanced degree, in a technical field
Ten (10) years of direct experience in requirements management for technical IT solution projects OR fifteen (15) years of cumulative experience spanning requirements management for technical IT solution projects, System/Software development, IT systems administration, cybersecurity compliance
Demonstrated six (6) years of experience in a role such as a Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, or Systems Integrator for programs of similar scope or complexity
Experience with Agile requirements management and sprint planning for technical IT development teams
Experience conducting requirements elicitation, analysis, traceability, validation, verification
Experience facilitating requirements discussions and stakeholder interviews and ensuring documentation, coordination, analysis, traceability, verification, and validation of resulting IT system requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence
Active TS/SCI w. Poly

Nice To Haves

Experience using Human Centered Design (HCD) practices to develop user experience and user interface design requirements
Demonstrated domain knowledge of IT Project Management, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Development
Experience designing and documenting information systems in DoDAF architecture models and views
Agile Methodologies certification or experience leading Agile sprint planning
Experience supporting technical IT development teams in the IC
Experience with successful execution of process improvement
Ten (10) years of experience working in the IC

Responsibilities

Provide documentation, validation, verification, track and ensure traceability and compliance capability requirements for the Sponsor and mission parters
Work with development teams to ensure requirements are integrated into development lifecycles
