About The Position

DEL-AIR Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electrical is a rapidly growing company with seven locations serving Central Florida. The Reputation Manager drives consumer awareness and engagement via digital and traditional media for Del-Air. This role serves as a shared service to ensure Del-Air’s content marketing, public relations and social media efforts are disciplined, strategic, and coordinated. The role is the primary administrator and content manager of company web pages.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered.
  • A minimum of two years experience in a marketing, public relations, or communications role with proven experience managing social media for a business brand.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization practices.
  • Basic understanding of best practices of smartphone photography and proven experience with photography and mobile video recording apps.
  • Self-motivated and independent, with a strong sense of focus and organization.
  • Have obtained a valid driver’s license for at least 15 months, and able to meet FCCI auto guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle.
  • Computer literate with expert knowledge in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of all office equipment.
  • Eligible to legally work in the United States.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the home services industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS a plus.
  • Ability to speak Spanish, preferred.
  • Applicable military experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and manages new and existing programs in collaboration with marketing agency partners.
  • Oversees and reports on the results of local social media and community marketing activities.
  • Works under the guidance of the Marketing Director to build integrated content marketing, public relations, and community engagement programs, manage their execution through delivery, and report monthly results.
  • Produces relevant, creative, entertaining, and emotionally appealing content and messaging with business objectives to execute engaging, effective, and measurably successful campaigns.
  • Develops content marketing and social media strategies and plans.
  • Concepts, edits, and produces written, visual, and video content, including writing and distributing multimedia content to grow organic traffic and consumer engagement.
  • Coordinates with departments and Business Unit teams to optimize messaging and communications, including social media, PR, and company websites.
  • Generates and executes content for consumer collateral, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develops public relations campaigns, press releases, and associated materials.
  • Schedules, coordinates, tracks, and communicates content marketing and PR efforts through editorial scheduling calendars, improved planning processes, and other means.
  • Serves as a center of expertise on business websites, social media, public relations, and community marketing efforts.
  • Connects with partner agencies to generate and provide activity tracking reports, meaningful data insights, and innovative ideas.
  • Raises awareness of Del-Air’s leadership through coordinating B2B content marketing efforts.
  • Manages and urgently resolves customer concerns directly with customers, field personnel, and company management.
  • Tracks online ratings and rating progress monthly, for websites and profiles, such as Facebook, bbb.org, yelp, HomeAdvisor, and Google, to improve online ratings.
  • Assists Customer Experience team management and agents with projects as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
  • Responsible for special projects as requested by management and other duties/ responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures.
