About The Position
Seeking Part-Time / Per Diem Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner / Nurse Midwife Looking for an experienced prochoice, sex positive, culturally sensitive Advanced Practice Clinician to see patients for routine gynecological services, contraceptive visits and medication abortions. Requirements
- CT Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife Licensure
- 3 + years clinical experience
- Trained in IUD insertion and removal
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent patient care skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience providing abortion related care.
- Trained in Nexplanon insertion and removal
- Colposcopy certified
- Ultrasound experience strongly preferred
