About The Position

First Ring BDC is seeking motivated, customer-focused Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with automotive shops and serve as the first point of contact for their customers. Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule customer appointments accurately
• Provide status updates and basic information to callers
• Document call details clearly in our systems
• Follow provided phone scripts and processes
• Work collaboratively with team members and shop advisors
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette at all times
