KeHE, a natural, organic, specialty and fresh food distributor, is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to manage relationships with stores in an assigned territory. The role focuses on growing sales, increasing distribution points, and maintaining strong relationships with store management and personnel.   • Present, sell, and execute all promotional activity to maximize sales and points of distribution.
  • Identify sales opportunities such as item voids, missing shelf tags, and out of stocks at store-level.
  • Promote and sell the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area.
  • Execute new sales product presentations and drive item development plans.
  • Assess customer needs and create plans to drive sales and increase products in customer portfolios.
  • Assist in selling, planning, and executing all display programs.
  • Drive sales by merchandising/stocking KeHE products in an organized fashion.
  • Collaborate with store personnel on details of sales events.
  • Provide high-quality service to accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Effectively manage inventory levels to minimize out of stocks.
  • Refer new business development sales leads and customer feedback.
  • Demonstrate fiscal responsibility and accountability for all business in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor activities with new store sets and resets/remodels.
  • Present and complete all store level surveys as needed.
  • Provide ongoing product education and expertise to consumers and store personnel.
  • Complete special assignments and tasks as identified.
  • Attend industry shows, meetings, and events as required.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and execute promotional activities.
  • Experience in merchandising and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in the food distribution industry.
  • Knowledge of organic and specialty food products.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and merchandising.
