About The Position

Our 8–12-month program is focused on building your professional foundation, while learning skills such as sales, customer service, and event planning. This program will allow top performing associates with internal and external opportunities to advance their sports careers.

Requirements

  • College degree is preferred (but not required) or equivalent experience
  • No sales experience required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being able to be collaborative and team oriented.
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities that require strong project management and decision-making capabilities and flexibility.
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Can communicate effectively with all individuals across the organization.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail required.
  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and sensitivity to all team and business-related matters and information.
  • Experience supporting a healthy culture within an organization where employees feel valued, engaged, and united toward the common goals of championship-level performance.
  • Understanding of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, etc.
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length.
  • Flexibility to work on event days including evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Sell a full menu of ticket products for the Arizona Cardinals, including, but not limited to season ticket packages, group tickets, and hospitality options
  • Develop new leads through calls, emails, and referrals
  • Complete 80-100+ phone calls daily
  • Work required events – including but not limited to home games at State Farm Stadium
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone and at games
  • Other duties as assigned
