It is the primary responsibility of the Representative - Promotions and Events, to complete various tasks related to supporting various events hosted by Resorts World including providing excellent customer service skills to guests. Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to: Assist with pre-event planning, tasks, and projects. Serve as a greeter, brand ambassador, usher, and/or ticket taker for various special events. Assemble gift packages, mailers, welcome packets, and other event related materials. Complete guest check-in while providing excellent customer service in all interactions with guests. Assist with event tear down and clean-up. Assist with other resort related service interventions as needed including but not limited to the below: Provide drink service throughout casino and resort. Complete account signups for Resorts World’s program. Assist Convention/Group Sales with guest registration. Order and deliver amenities to guest’s rooms or elsewhere. Serve as a property ambassador during need period. Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing. Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc. Perform other job-related duties as requested.
