About The Position

The Representative, Process Fulfillment-Titles is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's business units, aiming to deliver superior service to clients by optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes, and technology. This role enhances financial performance, increases investment capacity, and manages risk by building sustainable capabilities that support the highest standards of service and execution. The representative analyzes and reviews data tools, business processes, and operational standards to execute service delivery, ensuring that operations meet company objectives, business needs, service agreements, and relevant requirements. The position also involves researching and monitoring the external landscape to identify developments and translate them into operational implications for the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent degree (Preferred).
  • 1+ Years Financial Services Industry experience (Preferred).
  • 2+ Years experience in a related field (Preferred).
  • Proficient in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Intermediate to advanced typing and data entry processing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to educate customers on a service or product solution.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Ability to respond to internal and external requests as needed.
  • Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and instructions of management.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and reviews incoming work, processes account transactions, and verifies to ensure account accuracy.
  • Follows all established standards of procedures and guidelines when processing transactions to protect the Consumer and Company.
  • Organizes and completes work accurately and in accordance with established measures/deadlines and assigned goals.
  • Documents and tracks all account activity in the system of record.
  • Identifies and resolves issues within assigned scope.
  • Maintains effective communication with all colleagues, customers, and third parties.
  • Provides daily support and resolution to all internal customers regarding escalated issues.
  • Updates the system with proper documentation for research, tracking, reconciliation, and repository purposes.
  • Ability to make outbound calls and service inbound calls from internal and external customers.
