About The Position

Summary Statement: The Representative, Inventory Control is responsible for performing a wide variety of inventory control functions which include performing inventory requisition checks, record product received, and conducting physical inventory counts. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with all laws and regulations, as well as Resorts World Las Vegas policies, practices, and procedures. Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to: Conduct cycle counts using the scanner. Perform physical inventory audits. Investigate and reconcile cycle count and inventory variances. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, audits, counts and adjustments. Record received product into the purchasing system within a timely manner. Scan receiving documents and invoices into the purchasing system. Communicate problems or discrepancies to management in a timely and efficient manner. Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing. Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to: Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications. Ability to perform basic mathematical computations. Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to effectively communicate in English. Polished appearance and demeanor. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures. Minimum Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum age requirement 21 years 6 months previous Inventory Control experience Preferred: Working knowledge of Red Rock Inventory/Purchasing System. Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting. Certificates, Licenses, Regulations: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
