About The Position

The Representative II, Customer Service Operations is responsible for providing services to customers by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and order problem/dispute resolution. This role contributes to Cardinal Health Customer Service by establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • 2-4 years' experience in Customer Service preferred.
  • Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems preferred.
  • Team-oriented mindset preferred.
  • Demonstrate a passion for healthcare preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Offer professional and timely service as a representative of Cardinal Health at-Home Support in an inbound call queue.
  • Provide assistance in placing orders, searching products, processing returns, responding to order inquiries, providing delivery updates, and answering questions.
  • Provide problem resolution for order issues in a timely manner.
