Provides customer support, sales support, and administrative support for Treasury Services products and services. Department hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Must be available to work a flexible schedule. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Monitors ACH processes and contacts customers when action needs to be taken on unauthorized ACH returns as well as repetitive ACH returns that receive no action from customer. Pulls ACH Credit/Risk Limit Comparison Report and ensures all items are in balance and follows procedures to make any corrections needed. Answers customer questions in regards to Treasury Services products and services. Responsible for product set up through data entry and various communications to supporting operations departments. Provides support to Merchant Credit Card Services department. Provides customer support to Remote Deposit customers. Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position. Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs all other duties as assigned.
