The position involves assisting customers with requests for information, performing customer service support functions, and resolving complaints, concerns, and issues. The role requires multitasking in a dynamic work environment and ensuring phone coverage during business hours. The individual will communicate with customers to address inquiries and solve issues, process incoming inquiries in Customer Care, and handle RMAs/CCFs. Additionally, the role involves using various computer programs, collaborating with other departments, and improving customer service procedures using lean manufacturing principles. The individual is expected to maintain a high standard of product knowledge and conform to ISO 9001 & 14001 requirements.
