About The Position

Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a Full-Time Revenue Cycle Coordinator to join our team. Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Up to two years of experience in a related field.
• Data entry skills and working knowledge of computers required.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in examining documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to handle payments in accordance with detailed instructions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cash or payment reconciliation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile, balance, and pursue account balances and payments, and/or denials, working with payor remits, facility contracts, and payor customer service.
• Post all patient, insurance, and liability payments from Remittance and EOBs to appropriate accounts with minimum errors.
• Apply manual payments and auto payments to accounts for payor types of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
• Reconcile shortages on both paper and electronic EOBs to determine proper allowance and correct write-offs.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the payment posting team’s objectives as directed by their direct supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating core and leader behaviors consistently.
