As the Admissions Representative, under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Recruitment, you would play a pivotal role in projecting a consistently positive image of Front Range Community College (FRCC). In this role, you would be responsible for educating prospective students about FRCC's campuses & programs, while actively encouraging them to enroll in the college and guiding them through enrollment steps from application to enrollment in classes through the census reporting date. Employing a diverse range of strategies, you would engage in activities such as participating in college fairs, establishing relationships with high schools and community partners, contributing to community and campus events, facilitating campus tours, conducting individual meetings, and managing a caseload of prospective students from inquiry through enrollment. This role serves as an ambassador for the college, engaging with prospective students, parents, secondary school counselors, and various stakeholders, both on and off campus. As the Admissions Representative, you would offer guidance to prospective applicants throughout the college admissions and enrollment process, as well as provide dedicated support to adult students interested in pursuing college for career advancement, exploring new career paths, or completing previously initiated degrees. This position does have the opportunity to work remotely occasionally but does require a strong on-campus presence and will need to travel to all three FRCC campuses as well as local high schools and community events.
