Requirements

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots equipment and network problems; removes and replaces defective modules; tracks spares and ensures repair.
• Installs equipment in support of network and customer requirements. Interacts with customers to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Inspection of Comcast equipment and facilities.
• Lifts and carries loads of 70 lbs. or more.
• Must have the ability to climb ladders and operate aboveground up to 24' feet above ground, as determined by the system's requirements.
• Completes work orders, trouble tickets and maintenance tickets in a timely manner.
• Uses software and hardware tools to identify and diagnose network status and problems.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
