About The Position

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: 1. Will serve as reporting specialist for office reports and communications. 2. Reporting responsibilities include production and finalization of audit reports including narrative, schedules, financial statements, graphs, etc. 3. Will assist in quality control processes in report production and completion. 4. Will assist office personnel by performing administrative and supportive tasks required within office administration.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or study; prior experience with report production involving the above Microsoft software applications is required.
  • Proficiency with the following reporting software packages: Microsoft Word and Excel (Microsoft Office), Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe PDF Pro
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relations with office personnel
  • Review and editing skills required for report production
  • The ability to prepare organized and concise reports as related information is provided
  • Ability to manage report files to ensure that office files are organized and backed up timely.
