About The Position
The Reporting & Data Analyst develops and maintains dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide leadership with clear, executive-ready visibility into investment and portfolio performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4–6+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
- Strong Excel and dashboarding skills (e.g., Power BI or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain portfolio- and CPIC dashboards and recurring reports
- Normalize and validate data across investments to improve consistency and data quality
- Implement data standards, validation checks, and reconciliation processes
- Produce executive-ready reporting packages highlighting performance, risks, milestones, and trends
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests to inform leadership prioritization and investment decisions
