Requirements

Experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics roles.
Strong hands-on expertise in: Power BI Tableau
Experience building executive dashboards and automated reporting pipelines.
Proven experience in KPI tracking and performance reporting.
Strong analytical skills including: Trend analysis Variance analysis Root cause investigation
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation.
Excellent business communication and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Dashboard Development & Reporting Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
Support weekly and monthly reporting cadence with accurate and timely insights.
Develop automated reporting pipelines to streamline data refresh and distribution.
Ensure dashboards are aligned with executive-level visibility and strategic objectives.
KPI Tracking & Standardization Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across functions.
Standardize KPI definitions and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency.
Maintain documentation for KPI logic, calculations, and governance standards.
Analytical Insights & Performance Monitoring Perform trend analysis , variance analysis, and root cause investigations.
Identify performance drivers, risk indicators, and emerging patterns.
Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical findings.
Support business reviews with structured, data-driven insights.
Data & Automation Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and pipeline efficiency.
Develop and maintain automated workflows for reporting and dashboard updates.
Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
