We seek a detail-oriented and creative Reporting and Graphics Specialist to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining content for project reports, fact sheets, case studies, presentations, proposals, and other communications for internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have experience using AI and specialized software to develop report templates and visual graphics that illustrate key information, portray the information accurately, and create a compelling and engaging user experience. The role involves working closely with project team members to identify their needs, understanding the purpose and message of the project, conducting revisions as needed, all while adhering to set goals and deadlines. There are strong opportunities for rapid advancement into proposal management and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and generate regular and ad hoc reports using various data visualization tools and Microsoft Software Suite.
  • Transform complex information into clear, visually appealing graphics that convey key insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, data analysts, marketing, and management, to understand reporting needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and validations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information in reports and graphics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reporting and graphic production, and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in technical report editing, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Software Suite.
  • Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar AI software.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
