Duties: Support a high-volume and high-complexity reporting and analytics book of work, leveraging project management discipline. Assess systems and processes in order to extract insights from existing data. Translate high-level operational business needs into actionable intermediate or complex design analysis. Conduct analysis of current workflows to map out end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements. Communicate regularly on project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations ensuring transparency and keeping all parties informed of any changes or issues. Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to various audiences, including senior management. Design, develop, test and implement data visualization projects. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Reporting and Analytics, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Reporting and Analytics, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or related occupation. Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Writing complex SQL queries for analyzing data sets; Utilizing Alteryx Server deployments, including workflow automation, scheduling, and management, Tableau Server deployment, encompassing server configuration, user management, and performance optimization to ensure robust and scalable data analytics solutions; Developing and maintaining dynamic and interactive dashboards using Tableau leveraging visualization, ETL automation and Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) connectors; Identifying areas of process improvement and applying lean sigma six principles; Automating the production of recurring-reports and dashboards using ETL techniques, SQL, and python; Utilizing Lucidchart for creating detailed diagrams and visualizations to effectively communicate processes and ideas.
