Requirements

• 1+ years related experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or relevant engineering discipline preferred

Responsibilities

• Data Exploration Explores data within one to two files to determine trends and relationships between variables
• Ad Hoc Reporting Creates basic ad hoc report requests, using insights from data exploration to prepare basic visualizations and PowerPoint reports for clients requesting the data
• Client Management Reaches out to client to clarify requests and debriefs with client to explain data insights and confirm report
• Analytics Coaching Requests accounts for new joiners and trains them on analytics tools
• Data Audit and Cleansing Contributes to periodic audits of data within business systems/platforms Performs follow-up checks to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Scheduled Reports Downloads required data and creates pre-defined reports as per defined schedule Delivers reports to stakeholder group and answers questions pertaining to the report
• Customer Care (For employees working in Customer Care and Experience): Supports accounts with low to moderate complexity
