Role & Responsibilities The Reporting & Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the Retail D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) business. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions, while also leading the development and management of key performance indicators (KPIs). By ensuring that KPIs are aligned with business objectives, the manager will provide actionable insights to optimize performance, enhance customer experience, and support strategic initiatives. This role will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights, driving growth, and ensuring the success of the Retail D2C business. Reports to the Sr. Manager, Retail Strategy & Planning, based at our Plano, TX office.
