MoveDocs is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Reporting Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute from day one by analyzing data that will assist with decision-making and delivering reports to external clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment. This role partners closely with Finance, Operations, Sales and IT, and reports through the Finance organization. This is an in-office position based out of our Las Vegas office.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in a reporting or analytical role
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities
• Capable of managing multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable translating technical results into straightforward insights for customers, and multiple teams across the organization including Operations and Sales
• Advanced command of Microsoft Excel and experience with or willingness to learn SQL

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect, reconcile, and analyze raw data for various types of customer and business reports
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reports to be distributed to external clients
• Communicate report results directly to customer (medical providers)
• Build custom reports for customers and internal teams in excel
• Work closely with the IT team to automate reporting
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support internal teams, including Sales, Operations and Finance
• Effectively communicate business findings to stakeholders, including the senior leadership team
