Simpli.fi's investors include leading private equity firms Blackstone and GTCR. We're looking for a Reporting Analyst who's passionate about turning data into stories that drive client impact. This role is focused on delivering campaign performance reporting and actionable insights that showcase the success of digital media campaigns across leading brands and agencies. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders—especially Campaign Managers, Account Executives and AdOps team—to surface meaningful performance trends, build compelling visual narratives, and provide the strategic context that helps turn data into client value. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and storytelling ability will be essential in helping clients understand how campaigns performed and where future opportunities lie.

  • Deliver detailed campaign analytics reporting: Compile and analyze performance data across digital channels, ensuring accuracy and relevance in all reporting deliverables.
  • Interpret and communicate campaign insights: Go beyond the numbers to identify trends, evaluate performance against benchmarks, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Tailor metrics to client goals: Identify the most relevant KPIs for each campaign and ensure reporting is aligned to client-specific objectives.
  • Create compelling visualizations: Design clean, client-facing materials and performance summaries using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, or Tableau.
  • Tell the success story: Collaborate with Client Managers (CMs) and Account Executives (AEs) to proactively deliver performance narratives that support retention and expansion conversations.
  • Support cross-functional alignment: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth reporting workflows and timely delivery of insights.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign reporting, or performance analysis—preferably within a digital media or advertising environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights in a meaningful, strategic way.
  • Proficiency with reporting, visualization, and AI-enhanced analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Looker Studio, or AI-driven platforms for campaign optimization and insights.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with a focus on crafting data-driven narratives for client-facing teams.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every data point, chart, and client deliverable.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
