As an Workday Reporting Associate Consultant, a typical day to include the following: Successful candidate will be responsible for post-production integration delivery through Strada's Support Desk offer; managing cases and modifications across a breadth of clients and domains. Active listening, good communication, responsiveness, ability to manage multiple tasks and consulting on technical solutions are key attributes for this role. Within Workday, configures integrations and successfully unit tests requirements, triages issues, identifies process improvements, and develops medium to high complexity reports. Responsible for ensuring timely and quality execution of client deliverables on client requests and Workday projects. Responsible for bodies of work from start to finish across multiple projects or clients with limited supervision. Developing into a subject matter expert internally and externally.
