About The Position
The Lender Advantage (TLA) is seeking experienced tow truck drivers for immediate openings in the Baltimore/DC metro area. As one of the fastest-growing and most technologically advanced repossession agencies in Maryland, TLA offers full-time positions with competitive compensation. We are committed to providing our drivers with the tools and support they need to succeed, including a company-issued laptop or tablet and a fleet of new vehicles equipped with LPR camera systems. Our drivers are not independent contractors; they are valued members of our team, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment. We offer a monthly performance bonus and uncapped commission, allowing our drivers to maximize their earnings based on their performance. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in towing, impound, or repossession, and must possess a working smartphone and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card. We operate on a night shift from 10 PM to 6 AM and a day shift from 10 AM to 4 PM. Responsibilities include the operation of a self-loader tow truck and managing an in-truck computer system. We are looking for individuals who are drug-free, have a clean driving record, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. Candidates should be fast learners with a positive attitude and a desire to enhance their professional skills.
