About The Position
The position is responsible for the control of delinquent vehicle loans that are 46 to 90 days overdue. The primary focus is on the collection of all delinquent vehicle loans from the initial contact to the resolution of the loan. This role involves direct communication with members to understand their delinquent status and to arrange for payment to bring their accounts current. The position requires maintaining accurate records, performing follow-ups, providing credit counseling, and handling disputes related to past due loans. Additionally, the role includes skip tracing activities, managing repossession processes, and preparing necessary documentation for legal proceedings.
