About The Position

Our team at Horizon Group USA is looking for a talented Replenishment Supervisor (2nd Shift) to support our Distribution Center onsite in McDonough, GA. This role will supervise hourly associates and satisfy the timely shipments to over 1,000 retail customers.

The Replenishment Supervisor (2nd Shift) is responsible for overseeing the efficient handling and flow of inventory and ensuring that stock levels are maintained effectively to meet the ongoing demands of our customers. This role supports the commitment to service excellence by optimizing replenishment processes and systems.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in a warehouse or Distribution Center environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role required.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team, and foster a positive and productive work environment required.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards required.
• Knowledge of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain detailed records in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a core 2nd Shift schedule of Mon-Thurs 4:00PM – 2:00AM (onsite) with flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed/during peak.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing the daily operations of inventory replenishment for assigned categories.
• Supervising and coordinating the activities of team members that are on the replenishment team.
• Analyzing replenishment reports as well as production reports.
• Collaborating with managers and other teams to resolve system issues in a timely manner.
• Implementing improvements in replenishment strategies based on trends, seasonality, and inventory.
• Training, developing, and coaching team members on replenishment best practices.
• Facilitating daily start of shift meeting.
