About The Position
We are currently searching for an experienced Replenishment Supervisor, 1st Shift to work at our Garland Utah, distribution center. This supervisory position is responsible for directing and leading the process flow to ensure the department’s SLAs are being met. In addition, you’ll develop policies and procedures to enhance and streamline processes, as well as provide hands-on team leadership that includes training, mentoring and coaching employees. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of urgency to excel in a fast-paced environment, plus the ability to perform root-cause analyses to identify the source of errors and implement improvements. You’ll also possess superb attention to detail, an ability to juggle multiple projects and excellent interpersonal skills to help lead and inspire the team to do their best work.
