About The Position

As a Replenishment Planning Lead, you will help define the future state of replenishment by identifying opportunities, translating business needs into clear requirements, supporting system implementations, and partnering across teams to design scalable solutions in a fast-moving environment. A key part of the role includes training users on new capabilities, creating clear process documentation, and supporting Day in the Life from a consultative perspective that enables consistent adoption and long term success.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of progressive knowledge of inventory or planning system tools, including store supply replenishment and store allocation processes
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, influence across teams, and translate complex concepts into actionable requirements
  • Competency with analytics and workflow tools such as Databricks, Jira, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/data modeling platforms
  • Proficiency in ERP and planning systems; experience supporting configuration, testing, or UAT is a plus

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent GED.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements discovery by gathering insights from planners documenting user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, and translating operational needs into system capabilities
  • Test and validate strategies and enhancements to system settings, policies, and forecasting levers, ensuring solutions support long term scalability and reduce manual planner workload.
  • Think proactively and future state, identifying what the business will need as processes evolve, and effectively operate in a dynamic environment with limited guidance.

  • If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.
  • For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
