About The Position

Hickman’s Family Farms is seeking a detail-oriented Replenishment Planner to support daily inventory planning and customer demand fulfillment for our egg production and distribution network. This role is responsible for monitoring customer demand, managing finished goods inventory, and coordinating replenishment plans to ensure retail and distribution customers receive the right products at the right time. The Replenishment Planner works closely with sales, order entry, production, and logistics teams to align egg supply, pack styles, and shipment schedules while maintaining high service levels for our customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory planning, replenishment, supply chain, or order management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food production environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in food manufacturing, agriculture, or perishable goods supply chains.
  • Familiarity with retail replenishment models and distribution logistics.
  • Understanding of case, pallet, and pack style inventory systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily customer demand and forecast requirements across key accounts.
  • Manage replenishment planning for finished egg inventory, pack styles, and pallet configurations.
  • Coordinate with production teams to align egg grading and packing schedules with customer demand.
  • Work closely with order entry and sales teams to prioritize customer orders and manage allocation when supply constraints occur.
  • Track inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock availability across SKUs.
  • Identify potential shortages or overages and communicate adjustments proactively.
  • Maintain accurate replenishment data within the company ERP system.
  • Support weekly demand planning and inventory reporting.
