The Replenishment Operations Manager oversees and manages performance for Replenishment Operations teams spanning across a couple of Albertsons Distribution Centers. The Replenishment Operations Manager keenly focuses on order management and inventory management activities. The Replenishment Manager facilitates regular collaborative sessions, ensures that supplier specific goals and objectives are met, and executes against key replenishment strategies as assigned. This role is highly focused on driving efficiency, process management and operations, and leads a large team while striving for as much optimization as possible. The Replenishment Manager oversees a team of Senior Buyers and Buyers, and partners closely with the Replenishment Operations Director to ensure achievement of all team, distribution center, and company profit objectives. The Regional Replenishment Manager interacts directly with suppliers to conduct and troubleshoot daily product flow execution. The Replenishment Manager also maintains a very close contact with the Divisional planning support team for inventory management issue resolution (with DC operations and suppliers) and collaboration with local Merchandising teams. As a key member of the national replenishment team, the Replenishment Manager commits to delivering a high standard of professional integrity.
