The position involves leading and supporting inventory management and merchandising standards to ensure a well-stocked and well-merchandised store for customers. The role includes assisting customers in finding products and delivering friendly customer service. The candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, while also managing various operational processes such as truck processes, planogram execution, and shrink and safety programs. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining seasonal sets and visual merchandising standards, as well as participating in talent development activities for team members.
