The Replenishment Manager will be solely responsible for maintaining a sound business relationship between CPG Client and Kroger corporate replenishment area by maintaining ongoing communication and appropriate replenishment standards for all Kroger Distribution Centers across the United States. MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES – other duties assigned as required: Responsible for maintaining service standards for Store “in stock” items. Provide weekly update of highlights to Kroger; giving metrics and commentary on all issues related to product and service delivery. Provide detailed analysis for forecasting. Act as liaison between Kroger replenishment team and customer service area to identify and resolve issues. Analyze store trends and develop systems to accommodate service standards based on needs. Maintain a vigorous attention to detail and initial work accuracy, as this role is data driven and demands accuracy.
