The role sits in the Replenishment Buying organization and is stationed at the Market level. Run supporting operations for Replenishment activities within a market, owning logistics, sales, and costing coordination for product orders. Act as the face of Replenishment in the market and work with the VP Sales and VP Operations to ensure any immediate need for a product is met. Ensure the Replenishment function at the Market delivers on commitments, including maintaining continuity of product supply, while meeting key performance service indicators (KPI). Connect the market to the Replenishment Service Center (RSC) through constant communication, update calls, and collaboration with the RSC on demand changes and special projects. Monitor the quality of inbound products and execute replenishment functions according with US Foods policies and procedures. Provide subject matter expertise on the supply chain systems, replenishment policies and procedures. Additionally, manage Replenishment Assistants who support Replenishment operations in the market. Flexible Work Policy: The Replenishment Lead position has been segmented as Hybrid, meaning the work is a combination of onsite (4 days per week) and virtual (1 day per week). This position is based out of our location in Grand Forks, ND.
