Replenishment Buyer
About The Position
Resnick Distributors sells a full range of products to convenience stores, specialty shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. We are one of the most successful and well-respected companies in the industry. Our corporate headquarters is located at 25 Van Dyke Avenue near the New Brunswick Park and Ride and the New Jersey Avenue train station. We have free on-site parking. Manage timing and flow of product based on replenishment needs. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information. Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies with suppliers. Execute purchasing activities, ensuring timely acquisition of merchandise while adhering to budget constraints and pricing standards. Act as back-up to buyer.
Requirements
- Two years or more in an inventory replenishment capacity.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the retail/wholesale food sector preferred.
