About The Position

The Replenishment Analyst is responsible for executing the flow of merchandise from the vendors to the retail stores across Pebble Beach. The contributions include monitoring stock levels, replenishment settings and operating within the appropriate inventory management parameters. This role collaborates with the respective buyers, finance, and store operations teams. Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Ability to work and learn business intelligence skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to synthesize large data sets into valuable insights that uncover challenges and opportunities.
  • Ability to create and refine processes as it relates to gaining efficiencies and visibility to the retail procurement process at Pebble Beach.

Nice To Haves

  • A college degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
  • Hospitality or Retail merchandising experience helpful.
  • Ability to learn software applications like Datavision/Data.
  • Ability to creatively solve business problems when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales and inventory data to determine replenishment needs across stores and the distribution center to support both store retail and ecommerce sales.
  • Execute and manage purchase orders, stock transfers, and allocation plans to maintain stock levels.
  • Maintain replenishment parameters including min/max, safety stock, and supply delays.
  • Manage the purchasing and allocation process for the core replenishment items.
  • Regular and ad hoc reporting on key retail financials. Assist with month-end reporting and deliverables.
  • Replenishment support for annual events, store openings, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with buyers, planners, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Assist with company goal setting relating to budgeting.
