As a Replenishment Analyst on our Planning & Allocation team, you are responsible for driving the overall productivity of your assigned basic replenishment programs. Your key responsibilities include identifying opportunities to optimize inventory performance and proactively minimizing stockouts across stores, distribution centers, and direct-to-consumer channels. With your prior experience working with replenishment systems and your passion for working with numbers, you will play a key role in supporting our guests by:

Requirements

  • With a Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • That preferably has prior experience and/or working knowledge of replenishment systems and has worked with a specialty retailer or high sku count environment
  • With excellent working knowledge of MS Office experience, including Word and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • That has experience with JDA Replenishment or other replenishment and allocation systems (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Developing accurate pre-season unit projections for domestic vendors and global sourcing on all basic replenishment programs
  • Overseeing the ordering & replenishment of basic merchandise for our stores and direct channels
  • Ensuring consistent and profitable in-season replenishment strategies for our stores and distribution center
  • Meeting in store stock levels based on departmental service level goals
  • Monitoring vendor performance and compliance. Identifying and resolving inventory and vendor issues, as required with the merchandising group.
  • Ensuring optimal use of processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the replenishment system
  • Demonstrating leadership and the ability to drive business by sharing insights and recommendations supported by analytics
